2nd edition of Llançadora, entrepreneurship grants

Autoocupació promotes the second edition of “Llançadora, entrepreneurship grants”, an innovative project for maturing business ideas through the Dual Occupational Vocational Training program, subsidized by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC). The objective of the program is to help 15 entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 29 who are currently unemployed to mature their business ideas, test them in the market, and create their companies.
Llançadora offers participants the following services:
1. Entrepreneurship grants
An employment contract, under the alternating training modality, with a duration of one year, which will allow them to receive a salary and have the necessary resources to dedicate themselves full-time to working on their business project.
2. Training
An in-person training itinerary, with a total duration of 540 hours, which will help them develop their technical and transversal skills in the following areas:
Planning of the entrepreneurial initiative
Entrepreneurial skills
Marketing of products and services
Sales skills
Administrative and economic-financial management
Business activity management
3. Coworking
A workspace at the Autoocupació facilities in Barcelona, where they will have the resources and tools necessary to develop their business project and actively collaborate with the rest of the participants.
4. SupportGuidance and advice from the maturation of the idea to the creation of the company, provided by a consultant specialized in business creation, and additional support from an established business owner acting as a volunteer mentor once the activity has started.
The activities will begin in January 2024 and will last for 1 year.
