2 March 2018

On February 26, 27, and 28, Barcelona hosted for the 5th consecutive year 4 Years From Now (4YFN), the commercial platform initiated by Mobile World Capital Barcelona that connects startups, investors, and organizations.

Within the framework of the event, Business Angels Network de Catalunya (BANC), representing the European Business Angels Network (EBAN), participated in Airbus and Women4Tech. These are two spaces where Candace Johnson, president of EBAN, Albert Colomer, director of BANC and member of the EBAN board of directors, and Maria José Pedragosa, an entrepreneur from the BANC network and creator of the Popsicase project, discussed diverse topics such as the keys to finding funding and the role of women in the world of entrepreneurship.

Furthermore, taking advantage of the opportunity to give visibility to projects and generate new business opportunities, various entrepreneurs from Autoocupació and BANC were present during the three days of the congress.

This includes Nobone app and Child Care On, entrepreneurs who have gone through Autoocupació’s mentoring program, and Rewans, Event app, and Tradler, three projects supported by the business angels network.
