Autoocupació has attended once again a new edition of Bizbarcelona, which this year was held jointly with the Employment Fair on September 21, 22, and 23 at Fira de Barcelona. The event featured more than 260 scheduled activities—including conferences, workshops, advisory sessions, and networking spaces—some of which could be followed online, and among which were those organized by Autoocupació.

SOS Mentoring Conference

On the 22nd from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Autoocupació organized the presentation “SOS Mentoring: volunteers who save companies”, where the director of the Foundation, Guillem Arís, and the head of the mentoring service, Ana Bejarano, presented the new volunteering program to help entrepreneurs face the Covid-19 crisis. Additionally, two pairs of entrepreneurs and mentors shared their experience with the program.

Professional Guidance Talk

On the first day of the Employment Fair, Helena Legrán and Cristina Pulido, consultants from the Foundation’s Training team, gave a talk on professional guidance and all the subsidized training offers provided by Autoocupació.

I am what I want to be Conference

Rafa Rodríguez, a coach from University of Change, filled the Emprèn Room with energy and motivation on the 23rd, leading the presentation “I am what I want to be”, a motivational conference to help entrepreneurs break through their own barriers and achieve their goals.

“Barcelona never stops” Recognition
