Grant for entrepreneurial projects led by women

The call for applications for the bruixIT project grants is now open. This aid has a dual objective: to promote the growth and consolidation of technology-based startups led by women and to enhance innovation and technological sovereignty projects within the framework of cooperativism.

Beneficiaries (individuals or companies)

There are two grant lines: Line 1 or BruixIT, and Line 2 or Coop de BruixIT.
  • BruixIT (Line 1): aimed at startups, whether they are commercial companies, cooperatives, or worker-owned enterprises.
  • Coop de BruixIT (Line 2): aimed at cooperative societies.
    • Axis A: inter-cooperation must involve a minimum of two cooperative societies; second-tier cooperatives and service cooperatives are excluded.
    • Axis B: must be individual cooperative societies.

Requirements

Some of the basic requirements for the aid are:
  • To be legally constituted
  • To have the registered office or workplace in Catalonia
  • To have sufficient financial solvency to carry out the project

Eligible period

The activities subject to these grants must be executed between December 1 of the year the resolution is published and the following 12 months.

Grant amount

  • BruixIT (Line 1): 30,000 euros
  • Coop de BruixIT (Line 2): the maximum amount is as follows:
    • Axis A: €125,000
    • Axis B: €80,000
