Self-employed professionals, micro-enterprises and small businesses with street-level premises in Lleida can apply for grants of up to €5,000 to carry out renovations, improvements or digitalisation projects.
The grant covers 50% of eligible expenditure, subject to a minimum investment of €2,000 excluding VAT. The full amount awarded will be paid in advance, with no guarantee required. Applications are open until 30 September 2026 or until the available funds are exhausted.
Who can apply?
The call is aimed at self-employed professionals, micro-enterprises and small businesses with street-level premises operating in one of the following sectors:
- Retail
- Related services
- Hospitality
- Art and culture
- Crafts
Premises must be located in one of the areas covered by the call: Centre Històric, Instituts–Templers, Mangraners, Mariola, Príncep de Viana–Clot, Rambla Ferran–Estació–Noguerola, Secà de Sant Pere or Universitat.
What activities are eligible?
The grants can be used to finance renovations and improvements to business premises, including:
- Accessibility and energy-efficiency measures
- Improvements to interiors, furniture, shop windows and façades
- Signage and updates to the premises’ image
- Technical projects linked to the planned work
Investments aimed at digitalising the point of sale are also eligible, including:
- Creating or improving online shops
- Customer loyalty and analytics tools
- Digital screens and points of sale
- Proprietary applications
- Technological equipment and furniture
- Digital solutions for hospitality businesses
A total budget of €180,000
Line 9.2 has a total budget of €180,000. The deadline for applications is 30 September 2026, although the call may close earlier if all available funds are allocated. Applicants are therefore advised to prepare and submit their applications as soon as possible.
Applicants with more than one business location may submit up to two applications.
