The Granadella City Council approves a grant for the promotion of entrepreneurship

The Granadella City Council has approved the “Live and Work” grants with the aim of creating economic activity and employment in the municipality of Granadella and its geographical area through the promotion of entrepreneurship. Eligible Concepts Social security contributions paid under the special scheme for self-employed workers, including agricultural self-employment, will be subsidized for 4 years according to the following conditions:
  • 1st year: 100% of the contribution.
  • 2nd year: 75% of the contribution.
  • 3rd year: 50% of the contribution.
  • And 4th year: 25% of the contribution.
Requirements Interested individuals must effectively reside in the municipality of Granadella. Exclusions The following cases are expressly excluded from the grants:
  • Dependent self-employed individuals.
  • Collaborating family members of existing self-employed individuals, regarding the same economic activity.
  • Individuals who were already registered as self-employed in 2019.
  • Change of name of the business or activity from a member of the same family, unless it involves a substantial expansion of the economic activity.
