Course Objectives

Organize and facilitate digital communities by promoting the exchange of knowledge, learning, and resources, as well as encouraging citizen participation through digital services. Participants will learn to independently apply advanced digital strategies and solutions to solve complex technical problems while providing support and guidance to others in the use of digital technologies.

Module 1: Advanced Strategies for Digital Interaction and Information Sharing

You will learn how to apply advanced digital communication and dissemination strategies based on specific objectives, as well as advise others on the use of communication and collaboration tools.

Module 2: Managing Digital Collaboration Environments

You will learn how to select and implement collaborative digital tools, recognizing their value in fostering innovation and enhancing participation in digital environments.

Module 3: Active Participation in the Digital Society

You will learn how to plan and develop digital culture and technology projects with social impact, promoting citizen participation and supporting digital democracy.

Module 4: Advanced Fundamentals of Digital Technology

You will learn how to critically identify and apply the possibilities of digital technologies, while providing support and guidance to others in the use and configuration of advanced features in applications and digital systems.

Module 5: Applying Digital Solutions

You will learn how to apply digital solutions and applications creatively and innovatively to promote the use of advanced technologies in addressing personal and professional needs, while exploring new functionalities and their practical applications.

Module 6: Digital Updating and Solving Complex Technical Problems

You will learn how to solve complex technical problems and optimize the performance and functionality of hardware, software, applications, websites, and networks independently by applying up-to-date digital skills and solutions.
