Course Objectives
This course prepares you to create and manage an online store, applying e-commerce strategies both nationally and internationally. You will learn to define your business model, develop a marketing plan, and manage logistics and different payment methods. It will equip you to design your digital store, attract and retain customers, and coordinate operational and commercial processes in a virtual environment.
Content Plan
Module 1: Creating an online store
You will learn how to design and launch an online store, understanding business models, available tools and applicable regulations. You will also discover how to manage international e-commerce, including payments, legislation and distribution.
Module 2: Developing the marketing plan
You will learn how to create a digital marketing plan for your online store, using different promotional channels and techniques to attract and retain customers.
Module 3: Logistics and payment methods for online stores
You will learn how to manage logistics and shipping for the online store, as well as how to select and apply different payment methods adapted to e-commerce.
