This course prepares you to manage payroll and the company’s relationship with the Administration and Social Security in a comprehensive way. You will learn to prepare payrolls, correctly apply benefits, and manage labor terminations using IT tools for efficient personnel management.

Module 1: The company and the Administration

You will learn to manage the company’s relationship with Social Security and other bodies, coordinating labor procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance in personnel management.

Module 2: Advanced payroll management

Training on preparing payrolls with complex scenarios, correctly applying regulations and protecting employee information.

Module 3: Social Security benefits

You will learn about the different benefits affecting payroll and how to apply them rigorously for correct management.

Module 4: Termination of employment

You will identify the types of contract termination and learn to calculate settlements, indemnities, and other related concepts.

Module 5: HR management software

You will discover digital tools that facilitate labor management, improving efficiency in personnel processes.
