Advanced Training for Mentors

During 2026, you will be able to participate in a programme of 8 advanced training sessions for mentors, designed to strengthen and expand your competencies in mentoring processes.
Throughout the sessions, you will work on key aspects such as building the relationship with the mentee, communication and active listening, feedback, and other tools to improve the mentoring process.

  1. The pillars of the relationship: trust, empathy and appreciative communication
    • We will share the keys to building a stronger relationship with the person you are accompanying.

  2. The pillars of the relationship: motivation
    • We will delve deeper into how to better understand and adapt to the mentee.

  3. Being present, actively listening, and going beyond verbal communication
    • We will work on the barriers to listening and different key aspects of non-verbal communication.
