Autoocupació already operates as an Entrepreneur Support Point (PAE). PAE Points are responsible for facilitating the launch of new initiatives, the effective start of activity, and its development, through the provision of information services, document processing, advice, training, and financial support. Thus, if you wish to register as self-employed quickly and completely free of charge, Autoocupació can help you do so! Some of the services we offer are:

• Information on New Enterprise Limited Companies (SLNE), Limited Liability Companies (SRL), Successive Formation Limited Companies (SLFS), Civil Companies, Communities of Property, Individual Entrepreneurs (Self-Employed), and Limited Liability Entrepreneurs.
• Company formation through the telematic processing system developed by the Directorate General for Industry and SMEs, using the Single Electronic Document (DUE).
• Information on grants and incentives for business creation applicable to the project.
• Information on the applicable Social Security regime, affiliation criteria, registration, contributions, etc.
• General information on topics of interest for businesses, such as: Financing, taxation, labor contracting, internationalization, research, technological development and innovation, business cooperation, etc.
• Reservation of the company name for the in-person processing of the SLNE.
