Compe10cias LED
Compe10ciasLED is an experiential training program designed by Youth Business Spain, with the collaboration of Fundación Endesa and Youth Business International.
It is based on David McClelland research from Harvard University on the competencies of successful entrepreneurs. The training is practical and impressive, using the Experiential Learning Cycle with the aim to help young entrepreneurs to create and consolidate their own businesses.
Goals
- Facilitate young people the process of creating their own companies and the creation of new jobs.
- Help to consolidate and grow the companies created by young entrepreneurs.
- Improve the survival rate of entrepreneurial businesses.
- Increase the employability and professional development of young people who finally do not start their business project.
