Goals
Carry out reception and support operations for administrative management derived from relations with the public or client, internal or external, with quality of service, within their scope of action and responsibility, using computer and telematic means, and if necessary, a foreign language, and applying internal procedures and current regulations.
Who is the public target?
The training is aimed primarily at active or unemployed people.
Access requirements
People who hold a degree in Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Vocational Training 1, CP level 2 or equivalent level have direct access to training.
People who do not meet the requirements will have to pass an entrance test.

Certificate
At the end of this training, the Professional Certificate of level 2 in administrative activities related to the client issued by the SOC and the Ministry of Employment and Social Security is obtained.
