Foundation’s Board
The organisation and the operation of the Board are regulated by Title 4 of the Statutes of the Foundation.
President
The faculties of the President are established at the article 23 of the Statutes of the Foundation.
The President of the Foundation is Albert Colomer i Espinet.
Code of good government
The November 25, 2020 the Board approved the code of good government of the Foundation.
Director
The functions of the Director are regulated by the article 28 of the Statutes of the Foundation.
The Director of the Foundation is Guillem Arís Coderch.
The director provides his services through a senior management contract.
The remuneration of the Director is detailed in the report of the audited annual accounts for each year.
Committee of Directors
The Committee of Directors is an advisory body of the Director, made up of the heads of services, delegates and heads of department of the foundation.

The Foundation’s staff is structured by:
- Three services: business creation and mentoring, training and Reempresa.
- Four delegations: Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona.
- Four support delegations: administration, communication, quality and knowledge management and human resources.

Collective agreement
The remuneration of the Foundation’s team is established in accordance with the autonomous collective agreement for non-regulated education and training in Catalonia.
