15 July 2026

The Government of Catalonia, through the Consortium for Trade, Crafts and Fashion (CCAM), has launched the 2026 Support Program for Representative Organizations in the Retail Sector, a grant scheme designed to enhance the competitiveness of Catalonia’s retail industry by strengthening its leading sector organizations.

Applications may be submitted from 9:00 a.m. on July 15 until 2:00 p.m. on August 12, 2026, exclusively through the electronic headquarters of the Government of Catalonia.

Applicants must have an annual action plan covering at least the previous three years and submit a project that includes clear objectives and measurable impact indicators.

  • Digital transformation projects.
  • Research studies, reports, databases and sector knowledge initiatives.
  • Training activities, workshops, conferences and talent development programs.
  • Innovation and internationalization projects.
  • Initiatives promoting sustainability, the circular economy and equality.

Grant amount

The grant may cover up to 65% of eligible project costs, with a maximum grant of €40,000 per project, including up to €10,000 allocated to management and administrative expenses.

The minimum eligible investment is €3,000.

Evaluation criteria

Applications will be assessed on a 100-point scale, with a minimum score of 50 points required to qualify for funding.

The evaluation will consider:

  • The organization’s coordination and mentoring capacity.
  • Collaboration with other organizations and public administrations.
  • The impact of projects on competitiveness, digitalization, innovation and training.
  • Internationalization and sector representation activities.
  • Projects promoting equality, inclusion, sustainability and the circular economy.
