Call for grant applications for the TU+1 program

28 October 2022

The 2022 call for grant applications has been published for the development of the TU+1 Program to promote the indefinite hiring of a worker by self-employed individuals with no employees. The objective is to incentivize self-employed individuals with no employees to hire staff on an indefinite basis. The grant consists of subsidizing these contracts to promote permanent employment, create jobs, and foster the growth of self-employed businesses.

Beneficiary entities

  • Self-employed individuals with no salaried employees.
  • Single-member limited companies (SLU), when the individual who incorporates them carries out their activity within the company and has no salaried employees.
  • Self-employed individuals with one or more collaborating self-employed persons, provided that the new indefinite contract is not formalized with these collaborating self-employed persons.

Amount

The amount of the economic module for this call is set at 18,325.92 euros, which includes salary costs and salary supplements, including the employer’s social security contribution. In the event that a part-time employment contract is formalized, which may in no case be less than 50% of the working day, the amount of the module will be adjusted proportionally based on the established working hours.

Applications

The deadline for submitting the application form, including the attached documentation, ends at 3:00 PM on November 11.
